This unique circular painting features colourful peony flowers and a buttefly caught in swirling winds. I am often attracted to the delicacy and vibrancy of peony flowers and enjoy the challenge of trying to capture this.
The painting was made with Japanese sumi ink and fluid acrylics on handmade watercolour paper and is presented in a vintage circular frame.
The piece measures 17" or 43cm across.
