Because You Can-can-can (Original)

Part of my "Series of Unexpected Frogs" this is an original painting featuring a characterful frog, dancing energetically. It is a wonderful little painting, full of personality and presented in an ebonised antique frame.

The series is inspired by a Kawanabe Kyosai print. I was attracted to the originals because of the fun it represents. There is no deep meaning or understanding required. These are images designed simply to be enjoyed.

This piece is really fun and light hearted, and is perfect to add an extra bit of personality to a room or workspace, even if you only have a little space.

Made with fluid acrylics on watercolour paper. It measures 11.2 x 12.2cm.
